Many post frame and residential panels look identical from manufacturer to manufacturer. Mesa is a patent and copyright protected panel that can't be copied and features a nearly invisible lap offering a distinctive look.
Mesa's standard paint system is Kynar 500® (PVDF), the industry's best coating for long-term protection against panel chalk and fade.

Traditionally steel panels have been manufactured from steel at room temperature. While that process worked for decades, new advances have proven that warming the steel prior to production can result in a better product with a longer life expectancy for Silicone Modified Polyester (SMP) paint systems.
Thermoforming technology is just one more thing we're doing different than our competitors to earn your business.
Factory Applied Anti-Condensation Membrane
Max-Rib roof panels with McElroy's MoistureLok, offer a great option to address condensation challenges. The design of our MoistureLok product traps moisture and then releases it back into the air as natural humidity once conditions go back below the dew point.
